At the recent MIPIM conference, Modulina had a remarkable second appearance, demonstrating the increasing industry interest in sustainable practices and materials. This year, our team actively participated in panel discussions and engaged with key stakeholders to promote our commitment to eco-friendly manufacturing and community integration.
During this year’s MIPIM conference, our team member was honored to be invited to participate in a panel discussion focusing on the Impact of Innovations on Real Estate. Kateryna Pylypchuk, a strategist at Modulina Straw Panels, served as a panelist and shared the experience of blending low-tech products with high-tech solutions to optimize efficiency. The interest shown by attendees underscores the increasing recognition of ESG criteria in project evaluations, potentially solidifying Modulina’s position as a key player in sustainable construction.

Additionally, Modulina Denmark director, Peter Landau, leveraged the fair to initiate collaborations in Denmark, particularly with the award-winning architecture firm EFFEKT Architect involved in the “Living Spaces Copenhagen” project. This aligns with Denmark’s push for natural, bio-based materials to comply with new legislation to reduce CO2 emissions. Modulina’s efforts to obtain certification in Denmark underscore our commitment to becoming a prominent supplier in this market.
Moreover, our team explored potential partnerships with fellow ESG Global Awards nominees and discussed collaboration opportunities for future projects. Our team member Alissa Bankovska – Head of the Rebuild Green Committee in Fiabci-Ukraine promoted “rebuilding Ukrainian cities green”among potential experts and partners from France, Belgium, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Germany.
One particularly insightful session featured Arcadis, a global leader in design and consultancy for natural and built assets. Arcadis emphasized the crucial role of Social Due Diligence in real estate projects, underlining the significance of assessing the societal and environmental impact on stakeholders’ well-being and community upliftment. This resonates strongly with Modulina’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing and community integration.

Looking ahead, Modulina is actively seeking collaborations with producers of complementary building materials to incorporate technologies like solar cells into our products, further enhancing sustainability.

In conclusion, the MIPIM conference served as a platform for Modulina to showcase our dedication to sustainable manufacturing practices and forge collaborative partnerships to create resilient urban environments. As we continue to pioneer innovations in sustainable construction, we remain committed to shaping a brighter and greener future for future generations. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey towards sustainability.
